Where are you located?
We are located in Auburn Bay, Calgary Alberta.
What is freeze drying
Freeze drying is basically lyophilization or cryodesiccation. That's a fancy way of saying we pull the moisture from the foods by freezing it, and lowering the pressure. That process removes the ice by sublimation.
Where a dehydrator removes moisture with heat, freeze drying removes moisture with cold.
Because of this, the food retains around 97% of it's nutritional values.
Why should I buy from you?
While we can't tell you what to do, or how to shop. Just know that we are young entrepreneurs trying to not only earn money, but hopefully make a difference along the way. Because we are a small scale shop, we are able to minimize expenses and pass the savings along to you. We think you will find our pricing, is on par, if not more desirable than our competitors.
Why did the chicken cross the road?
We can't answer with absolute certainty, but we are pretty positive the chicken was coming to the event we were at to buy some freeze dried goodies.

Can I shop online if I am local?
Absolutely you can! If you living within a 2km radius of Auburn Bay (shoot us a quick message if you're not sure) we will do our best to package your order and deliver it to you free of charge the next business day.
AND! If you live a bit further, that's okay too, choose the "closer than $20 delivery" option, and send us an email where you need your delivery sent. We will do our very best to get it to you within 2 business days.
What if I want to buy, but I live far away?
That's okay too! we can ship to you! We ship our items using Canada Post. Unfortunately we can't set our rates with them, but we will do our best to expedite your order as quick as humanly possible! Shipping charges are set, BUT if you order $75 or more, we will ship it to you free of charge!
What payment methods do you accept?
All of them, credit cards online at home or in person! Cash too.
Email money transfer, or send us a cheque via plane, train, or automobile, we will send you your goods as soon as it clears.
